Can anyone tell me why the avacados get these black patches on them? They are still on the tree, so it's not from hitting the ground. I have eaten them and they taste just fine. I would just like to know if the tree is lacking some nutrient.

I have this moss growing on my concrete in the backyard. I kill it with roundup but it keeps coming back. Does anyone know how to get rid of this permanently, and what kind of moss is it?
