i got a pond in my backyard and with these rains in california the pond is filling, What could i dump in here to kill the misquito larva? I tried chlorine already.

I received several rifles in an inheritance, they are all weatherbys, this one is a 240 mag Mark V. I was wondering if there is certain ammo i should be using for this particular gun. Is there any ammo that is just for weatherby exclusively?
