I found two of these and two syringes, no needles, on my drive in a small zip up wallet. At first I suspected that it was crack pipe. But it's entirely made of plastic including the bowl. There is no way it could be used for smoking anything as the plastic would melt. It's about 2 inches long and looks like it may fit onto the syringe. It looks properly manufactured and could be medical. Still a bit worried it's drug related. The kids deny all knowledge of it. can anyone help
