I don't claim to be an expert in antiques by any sense of the word but I've always read that you should leave things in the condition they are. Since the label is made from a paper that has most likely dried out over time to the point where it has lost its stickiness, I don't recommend trying to put any type of glue on this because you might further decrease the value of this bottle.
