Is this a bug? The kind that someone would use to secretly monitor conversations? My buddy seems to think that this wiring could be something else. The switch looks like a dimmer on the outside, but doesn't dim at all (just push to turn on/off, turning does nothing). Anyone with basic circuitry knowledge out there?
