They are called "Sheephead". They can be found by docks and structures. They are a pain to clean but they are good eatin.

HELL!! EAT A SHEEPHEAD!!!! In fresh water fishing eat a walleye(yellow pike), lake or grass perch, bass, trout, even a boney northern pike. Most like catfish certain people maybe even a bullhead, but a SHEEPHEAD. GOD you are strange if you eat them things. Use it as a food for a nice rose bush!!! Put under new bush or close to, and under ground of an older bush, but EAT, NEVER. I'd cut the line before I let it in my net much less my boat.
