I have had these roundish flaky (not ringworm) thing for like, 10 years. I can pick at the dry skin and peel it off and there would be red smooth flesh under it. Also the skin around it is absolutely normal then theres this thing in the middle of it. Its annoying and the more i peel the bigger it gets, and I tried to leave it alone but then it just 'hardens and smoothes out ish' instead of being flaky. I have a couple, all of them around my leg and buttock area. i have this round one on the side of my left thigh and two on the crease between my right leg and buttock plus two small ones on my bum crack. I tried cream and showers but they just stay there. What is it and how do i get rid of it? The first picture is the side of my left thigh and the second is the backside of my leg in the crease. Regarding the first answer, no I am not on the pill. By the way, I'm pretty sure it's not fungi because no one else in my family has it.
