Description:

My friend showed me this object he has in his garage to see if i knew what it was? I have no idea, it has numbers along the top of each bar. Any suggestions? The brand says cupta.

It must be Gupta and not Cupta. Gupta is an Indian sewing machine company, so the object in question is probably a sewing or knitting machine part. (but I don't know which part)
