Description:

I took this picture from the top of the Washington Monument in Washington, DC. It was taken with a huge zoom (400-500mm), so it's not close, the direction is north or northeast as far as I remember, but I'm not sure. What is that? Thanks!

Yep, National Shrine. My catholic school took a trip to Washington D.C. and that was a required stop. I didn't realize it was so big!
