Description:

It has a level on it, it is also a 24 inch ruler, it also does degrees. Can anyone give me any information on it please ;)

It looks similar to a Steel Rule on this site - http://www.toolexchange.com.au/Stanley%20User%20Tools%20Rules-5.htm.

I think it's an old protractor, what a carpenter would use to determine what angle to cut his wood at.
