Description:

Someone told me because these topps baseball cards are not stamped right the vaule is less, is this true?

Yes the print/cut is off center, the value will be less than if it were perfectly centered. If you get this graded, it will AT MOST score an 8 out of 10. Keep in mind, back in the 50's, 60's, 70's, most of the cards were not perfectly centered, which makes those cards that are centered that much more valuable.
