Looks like an early 70's Plymouth Barracuda. The two tone color was available in a few different choices from photos I've seen, so I'm fairly sure that's the original colors.
Here's just one I found online.

It should be a 70 cuda'.The original color was most often referred to as "Hemi orange",but a quick look under the hood will show you what Hemi Orange really is. The color on the car was officially listed as red.

I BELEIVE (mostly positive, I am a "SHELBY" and MUSTANG COLLECTOR))IT IS A '69 OR '70 'CUDA. IN '71 THE STRIPE BECAME SOLID ON SIDE. WITH 1 THIN OIN-STRIP OVER MAIN ONE FOR '71, 2 FOR'72 AND 3 FOR'73. IT DOES NOT LOOK TO BE "HEMI" ORANGE, JUST READ. NOT A "BIG BLOCK" i.e 440 MAGNUM or 426 "HEMI" as clear markings on hood would say and the "HEMI" WOULD BE VERY CLEAR IN WORDS "HEMI CUDA" in "BLACK" letter on rear where the white "flag" is.
