This is a pastry roller: http://www.kitchencontraptions.com/archives/008722.php "It is two rolling pins in one. The large roller spreads dough over broad surfaces and the small roller fills in the edges."

A friend of my wife has one. My wife tried it out when rolling out Tortillas. She liked it and a few of the tortillas were round.

This is likely from The Pampered Chef. It has now been restyled and is called a Baker's Roller. I teach my customers to make all kinds of pizza's, braids, wreaths and other baked goods with it!
