Could I sue for this? Description:I discovered this monstrosity only after it was IN MY MOUTH a few Halloweens back. I've kept it ever since, just to show people and gross them out. Comments:

no you can't. Not at this point.
And if you did try to litigate, you'd have to prove any injury you may have incurred from the tainted candy with doctor bills, emergency room visit, that kind of thing.
You'd need witness's to the fact that you yourself did not put the wire in the candy.
Too much trouble if you ask me.
BTW..the court system is not supposed to be used as an open cash register. If you did not get hurt by the candy, you'd have an ethics problem on your hands.
Honor still has value no matter what people say.
