We need more pictures and details, please. And a couple of questions..... Is the thin vertical piece shown coming out of the upper piece a cutting blade? Do all the knobs rotate other parts when moved? It looks like the lower 'knobs' might be feet, or they might more functional knobs. Do they also 'turn something', or are they feet? Does this seem to be something hand-held or does it seem to be a tool you would mount on a bench or elsewhere? Leo

Shucks Leo, I wanted to ask bebe that. Whatever it is, it is pretty, a good conversation piece to proudly display in your shop, so you wll look smarter than your buds. It kind of looks to be a tubing bender, like copper.
