Computer slot Description:Does someone know the name of this slot, and how can i use it (i think it's for another screen, but don't know the name). It's on a HP Pavillon dv4000. on the top of the slot is written : Expansion Port 2. Tx Comments:

The name is actually exactly that: "Expansion Port 2". It's not the second port on your laptop or whatever; HP just gave it that name:
"the Expansion Port 2, enabling connection to the HP xb2000 Notebook Expansion Base
for one-step connection to the internet and peripherals as well as adjustable screen

It's definitely a port (with a proprietary connection) of this notebook's model docking station.

It requires a cordless extension cord for proper expansion.
