i have this tubacco can for a long time know . but never knew where is was from usa?

Indeed it IS from the USA. It's good old Prince Albert tobacco (for the home cigarette roller). You know, like in the joke "Do you have Prince Albert in a can? Well, you'd better let him out before he suffocates."
