I'd seen this panel lats year in Montreal - Canada. But I don't understand this panel ? Do you know what it means ?

This sign is to caution motorist they are in a nontraduction zone. Some things do not translate.

I don't understand what is a "balls_out zone" : i'm french i didn't find any traduction on the web :( Would you describe me what is it ? But i'm quite sure it's not for a parkbenches zone : it was near a big road in the town center without any park or any pedestrians zone aroundd.... thanks for your help guys !

To me it looks like some sort of electrical or electronical symbol. I'd guess it somehow refers to the telephone right next to it.

It is for the fire department, it means there is a water hookup located nearby. It took me 2 years of living in Mtl to realize that.
