Hair Problems

I'm not a hairdresser so i dont know if this is how my hair is suppossed to look, all i know is im not happy. I have naturally dark hair, and get my hair blonded with foils. Noramlly it looks great but this time i looks different. I got it done 6 days ago and when i tied my hair up today, I realised that it looks like i have weeks of re-growth. The foils dont go to the roots, and there are bit in my hair which are still dark. Is this Normal? or should i go back and ask for it to be done better

i think it is not normal. The most possible reason is the barbershop's bad job. Now go to ask for it to be done better?
