Does anyone know what this is, it is a rash itches like hell, and makes little blisters too. I have things on all over body like hives. It starts out like tiny bumps all over body arms and legs make tiny blisters, seems to spread. It only blisters like this on hands. Some start out as a red flat spot then peels like this.
