No. This is used most often for looking at temperature differences around doors and windows to spot air infiltration.

No. To get accurate body temp it should be inside you and i wouldn't recamend sticking that in your mouth

That's an infrared thermometer. Good for checking hot surfaces like a glass top stove, machinery, or oil in a pan for cooking. Not for your body. Unless you want to know the surface temp of your skin (usually around 72-90 degrees)

It will only tell you the surface temperature of the person. Shooting it in the mouth will get you close, but not perfect.
