Cool looking guy, and I thought puffer fish at first (like CottonCandy95 did). This is further confirmed by the fact that there is a lionfish in the background (meaning that this is a saltwater tank, in which puffers are generally, but not exclusively, found). Unless that's one of the really odd reef shrimp in the background, I would rest assured that there is a beautiful, blue-eyed puffer in the foreground

It looks like a blowfish...maybe a baby one or just a small one. Its very cute!

Yes its a puffer, They make great Susi, but be careful on how you do it. It takes great skill to cut this fish and not make it poisonous.
