About 8-1/2" long. Looks like a tent peg or something you hammer into a beam to hold something. Possibly has initials stamped on both sides.

This tool seems to be well made of aluminum, knurled, approx 6-1/2" long, brakes into 4 sections, multiple sizes (2 shown) with pins stored in the 4th section.
